Data retention
Daymark retains your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
- Account information is retained while your account remains active.
- Health and symptom tracking data is retained until you delete it or request deletion of your account.
- If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain certain information for a longer period.
- Some limited technical logs and backup data may be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention and disaster recovery purposes before being securely deleted.
